Staying healthy isn’t just about working out—it’s about taking care of your body every day. This workshop introduces you to simple, effective movement and recovery techniques, including yoga, stretching, foam rolling, massage, and Myofascial Release (MFR).

MFR is a powerful, accessible practice that helps restore range of motion, boost circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and keep your tissues hydrated and resilient. These techniques also help calm your nervous system and fine-tune your body’s “internal GPS”—your proprioception and body awareness.

Who is this for?

Everyone! Whether you’re a dedicated athlete (tennis players, golfers, hikers, cyclists, lifters) or someone who prefers a gentler routine like walking or stretching, these methods can help you move more freely, recover faster, and feel better in your body.
