Stretching after a long run or workout is essential to your recovery. This class is sequenced specifically to address post Houston Half Marathon needs but is appropriate for anyone looking for a slow, restorative class.
Whether you are new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, this class will be accessible and enjoyable - regardless of your experience or flexibility level. Please bring a mat and water to class, we will have blocks and towels for you to use!
