In our second class of the workshop, we will work through a safe and challenging prenatal yoga class while coping techniques are explored through the use of safe sensation. The class is appropriate for any experience level and all stages of pregnancy. We look forward to helping you experience safe sensation and learn more about your changing, amazing body.
