To celebrate 5 wonderful, yoga-filled years, we are teaching an all-levels donation-based yoga class at Crew Fitness. The class will be FREE with a donation to K9 Angels. We chose K9 Angels as the receiving charity because our Chief Yoga Officer, Kelsey, adopted her sweet pup from them and sees the joy that this organization brings to adoptive pet families and we hope we bring that same joy to your life!

After we challenge ourselves on the mat, we will share in a champagne toast and eat some birthday cake baked by one of our own Yoga Balance family members!

We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you and give back to a great charity at the same time. See you on the mat!
